What channels do we work with?

Facebook
Facebook

Facebook

The oldest, but most widely used social media platform around, Facebook has an ever-growing global reach. As a business, you can harness its potential in several different ways including having a professional business page, using post-boost promotion, and native advertising. In fact, such is Facebook’s grip on social media, some businesses use the platform instead of having a website. While we don’t recommend that, it does go to show how effective Facebook can be.

Twitter
Twitter

Twitter

This is a great platform to get your marketing seen and shared by a younger audience. Tweets by personal and business users have the potential to ‘go viral’ thanks to ‘retweets’ helping your content get seen by millions. Because retweets get your content massive reach, it’s an ideal opportunity to spread your message with your own brand personality showing through. Though character count can be difficult - you’re limited to a 250 character (including spaces) per tweet - our team have more than a few tips up their sleeves to help.

LinkedIn
LinkedIn

LinkedIn

A social media channel that’s aimed purely at business, LinkedIn offers a professional platform to help build valuable connections with other businesses and professionals. Still used primarily by its users to publish text-based content with images, it now caters for video as well. With its paid ads service, it’s an ideal way to promote yourself and your business to a global B2B audience without having to carry out a large, independent marketing campaign.

Instagram
Instagram

Instagram

Though owned by Facebook, Instagram offers a completely different platform for social. It’s a photo and video platform with plenty of filters and editing features, so you can post engaging and quality content for your followers. Though used mainly by a younger audience, Instagram also appeals as a platform for older users up to around 45 - 50 as well. That gives you plenty of scope to appeal to your target customer, especially if you make use of their paid content advertising.

TikTok
TikTok

TikTok

TikTok's impact extends beyond individual creators. It has also become a powerful marketing platform for businesses, brands, and influencers. With its immense user base and engagement rates, TikTok offers businesses a unique opportunity to reach and connect with a younger, digitally savvy audience. Brands can leverage TikTok's advertising options, influencer partnerships, and creative campaigns to amplify their message and build brand awareness in an authentic and engaging way.

  • How Does Our Social Media Service Work?

Our Social Media Marketing Service at Priority Pixels operates through a well-structured and strategic process designed to enhance your online presence and help you achieve your business goals. It all begins with an initial consultation where we take the time to deeply understand your business, its specific objectives, your target audience, and any existing social media efforts. This consultation serves as the foundation upon which we build your social media strategy.

With a clear understanding of your needs, we move on to the strategic planning phase. Here, we create a bespoke social media strategy tailored to your business. This comprehensive strategy outlines the social media platforms that align with your goals, the type of content we’ll craft, and the measurable objectives we aim to accomplish. This strategy serves as a roadmap to guide our actions throughout our partnership.

Understanding your target audience is a critical aspect of our process. We conduct thorough research to identify your audience’s demographics, interests, and online behaviors. This research informs our content creation and targeting strategies, ensuring that your social media efforts resonate with your intended audience.

Our experienced team of content creators takes the insights gained and transforms them into engaging and visually appealing content. This content includes a mix of images, videos, graphics, and carefully crafted copy that aligns seamlessly with your brand’s identity and messaging.

Consistency is a cornerstone of successful social media management. To achieve this, we create a detailed content calendar that outlines what will be posted and when. This calendar ensures that your social media profiles remain active and relevant, continually engaging your audience.

Once the content is ready, we handle the scheduling and posting across your chosen social media platforms. We also actively engage with your audience, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster meaningful interactions.

If part of your strategy involves paid advertising, we take care of that too. Our team creates and manages advertising campaigns, carefully targeting your audience, setting budgets, and continually monitoring campaign performance to maximise your return on investment (ROI).

Regular analysis and data monitoring are integral to our approach. We continuously track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic. This data-driven approach allows us to make informed adjustments and optimisations to ensure that your social media strategy is continually improving and achieving the best results.

Transparent and regular reporting is fundamental to our service. We provide you with detailed reports that showcase the progress of your social media efforts, including successes, areas for improvement, and future recommendations.

Our collaboration with you is ongoing, and we maintain open lines of communication. We consult with you regularly to discuss goals, objectives, and any changes in your business that might impact our strategy.

As your business evolves, so do our strategies. We adapt to changes and opportunities in the digital landscape, ensuring that your social media marketing efforts continue to drive growth and success. In essence, our Social Media Marketing Service is a dynamic and comprehensive approach that harnesses the power of social media to enhance your online presence, engage your audience, and ultimately achieve your business objectives.

  • Social Media Amplification

Social media amplification is a strategy aimed at expanding the reach and impact of your content across social media platforms. It involves a range of techniques and approaches to increase the visibility of your posts and engage a broader audience. One of the primary ways to achieve amplification is through sharing – when your followers share your content with their networks, it extends your message’s reach. Additionally, encouraging likes, comments, and shares on your posts can boost engagement, as social media algorithms often prioritise content with higher interaction levels.

Effective use of hashtags can also broaden your content’s reach, connecting it with users interested in related topics. Paid advertising, collaborations, influencer marketing, and user-generated content are other avenues to amplify your presence. Ultimately, the goal of social media amplification is to ensure your messages resonate with a wider audience, helping you achieve your marketing and business objectives.

  • Paid Social Media

Paid social media involves investing money to advertise on various social media platforms, aiming to promote your content, extend your reach, and attain specific marketing objectives. This digital marketing strategy empowers businesses to pinpoint their ideal customer demographics, enhance brand visibility, drive web traffic, and generate leads or conversions. The process unfolds through several key steps:

Firstly, you select the social media platforms that align with your target audience and campaign goals, considering platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

Following that, you define your campaign’s objective, which could range from boosting brand awareness, increasing website traffic, or driving sales.

Social media platforms provide advanced audience targeting options, allowing you to precisely reach specific demographics, interests, behaviors, and even custom audiences to ensure your ads reach the most relevant potential customers.

Creating compelling ad content, which includes visually appealing images or videos, ad copy, and compelling calls-to-action, is essential. This content should align seamlessly with your campaign objectives and resonate with your target audience.

Budgeting is another crucial step, where you set the amount you’re willing to spend on your paid social media campaign on a daily or lifetime basis, affording you control over your expenses.

Deciding where your ads will appear on the platform, such as in users’ newsfeeds, sidebars, Stories, or dedicated ad placements, is also pivotal and depends on your campaign goals and ad content.

Ad scheduling allows you to choose specific days and times when your ads will run, helping you optimise ad performance by targeting times when your audience is most active.

In some instances, you may need to set a bid amount, which represents the maximum you’re willing to pay for your ad to be displayed or clicked. Social media platforms utilise an auction system to determine which ads reach users.

During the campaign, closely monitoring performance is essential. You can track key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), impressions, engagement, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

To enhance ad performance, A/B testing comes into play. This involves creating multiple variations of your ads to determine which resonate most effectively with your audience, thereby refining your campaign over time.

Should your initial campaign prove successful, you have the option to scale it by increasing your budget or expanding your audience targeting to reach more potential customers.

Finally, after the campaign concludes, data analysis and reporting provide valuable insights. You assess the return on investment (ROI) and leverage these findings to inform and enhance future campaigns. Paid social media advertising offers businesses a highly targeted and measurable way to connect with their audience, drive business outcomes, and achieve their marketing goals within today’s competitive digital landscape.

FAQs

What is social media management, and why do I need it?

Social media management involves the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content on various social media platforms. It’s crucial because it allows businesses to maintain a consistent online presence, engage with their audience, and build brand loyalty. Without effective social media management, you risk missing out on valuable opportunities to connect with your customers and prospects.

How can Priority Pixels help improve my social media presence?

Priority Pixels begins by conducting a thorough audit of your current social media status and your competitors. We then craft a personalised social media strategy tailored to your goals. This includes content calendars, strategic post scheduling, and precisely targeted advertising campaigns. Our dedicated team of experts diligently executes this strategy to ensure your brand’s voice is consistently heard and recognised across various social media platforms.

How much is social media marketing?

The costs for social media marketing vary with each business. It greatly depends on who you hire; freelancers, or a social media marketing agency. A freelancer is more likely going to be cheaper, but with a social media marketing agency, you will get access to a whole team of people with different skill sets that contribute to create high-quality content for your social media. Each business will need a different social media strategy. As a social media marketing agency, we have the ability to tailor each social media strategy to individual businesses depending on their needs and the goals they wish to achieve.

What is a social media strategy?

A social media strategy is a highly detailed plan of what business goals you wish to achieve and how different social media platforms can help you achieve them. It should include the content you are going to produce, when that content will be posted, and onto which platforms. It involves a lot of planning and research into what other businesses in your industry are already doing on social media and where you can fit in amongst them.

Your research should show you who your target audience is, what platforms they most commonly use and the type of content that sees the highest engagement levels. When thinking about creating a social media strategy you should also think about the networking opportunities available. Social media platforms are great for not only for interacting with and building relationships with your clients but also with other businesses.

A social media marketing agency will be able to help you plan out the best way to marketing yourself online and help grow your visibility and engagement levels.

Why do I need a social media strategy?

Having a highly detailed plan of the content that you are going to be producing for social media will help you achieve your business goals. It is the same as a builder building a house by following a design from an architect. They do not just turn up to an empty field and start building. It takes meticulous planning from a group of people with different skill sets to create a detailed strategy of how, why, and what needs to be done in order to succeed. A social media strategy is a roadmap to reaching your business goals by posting informative content consistently, to increase your engagement levels and brand awareness.

The more high-quality content you produce on social media, the more your brand will become an authoritative source of information for not only your target audience but also search engine bots. A strong social media strategy needs to play a role in your overall search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy. Sharing links to your website via social media will help drive traffic to your website. As your traffic and engagement levels start to increase, search engine bots recognise your website as a source of informative and relevant content. This, in turn, will have a positive impact on your search engine ranking. The more active you are on social media, the more you will be viewed as a legitimate company, further increasing the authority you hold in your industry and search results.

Having a structured and detailed social media strategy helps to free up your time. Being able to schedule in posts ahead of time will help with posting consistently and create a schedule. Not only will it remove the problem of wondering what to post on social media day-to-day, but it will also let help your followers know when to expect content. The more your followers see you posting at certain times on certain days, they will subconsciously start to look out for and expect to see your content at those times.

In recent years, social media has started to heavily influence what we buy and from who. Having a strong social media strategy, you can capitalise on this influence by planning posts highlighting your products and services. Sharing and responding to reviews of your products and services not only increases your engagement levels but also your visibility. When people share your products and services online, it opens your business up to a whole new audience that may not have previously heard of you, but because they saw someone else sharing positive reviews, they may be convinced to buy from you as well.

A strong social media strategy will allow you to post more high-quality content more frequently. This, in turn, will have a positive impact on your business as a whole.

What makes a successful social media marketing strategy?

A successful social media marketing strategy is more than posting a few photos every now and then and liking a few posts from other people. It requires a well thought out plan, so you know exactly what is going to be posted when, and onto what platform.

In order to create a successful social media marketing strategy, you need to undertake some meticulous research that should provide you with the answers to:

  • Who is your target audience?
  • Which social platforms would be best for your business?
  • What content do you wish to share?
  • How do you wish to present your brand to the rest of the world?
  • What goals do you wish to achieve?
  • What are other people in your industry doing on social media?

During your research and planning stage, you should focus on who your audience is and which platforms they mostly use. Each business has its own niche audience, and so does each social media platform. Instagram is more visual. LinkedIn is good for networking and increasing your business to business (B2B) leads. Twitter’s character limit forces you to create short and snappy captions. Once you find that audience, you can collect information on what content they interact with the most and on which platforms, what they look for in a brand and how they engage with other companies in the same industry.

Something that you need to incorporate into a successful social media strategy is interacting with your customers and other businesses. Once you start to receive more engagements on your content, you need to decide how you will respond. It is important to establish a tone of voice for all your marketing content, but this needs to be consistent across all social media platforms. Whilst LinkedIn tends to be more formal than Twitter or Instagram, you still need to get the same messages across. Adapting your tone of voice for different platforms but keeping it recognisable as your brand will help you grow your business and increase sales.

Part of a successful social media strategy that you should also think about is running paid for social media ads alongside your organic posts. These paid for ads will help you target potential new customers that have an interest in your products and services.

Working with a social media marketing agency, you will have access to a team of people who will be able to help devise a successful social media strategy for your business.

Can we create content that aligns with your brand's identity?

Absolutely! Our skilled content creators work closely with you to comprehend your brand’s values, tone, and visual identity. We then produce content that seamlessly aligns with your brand, ensuring each post consistently reinforces your unique identity and messaging.

What does a social media marketing agency do?

A social media marketing agency will work with you to understand the values of your business and help curate your brand and online presence. They will conduct thorough research into your industry to create an in-depth social media strategy. Working with a social media marketing agency, you will have access to a team of people who each have a wide range of skills and knowledge, all available to help achieve your business goals.

The benefits of working with a social media marketing agency are that they are there to help. Creating content for social media can often get pushed to the side and not be seen as a priority. A social media marketing agency will be able to free up the time that you used to spend creating social media so that you have more time to focus on and run other aspects of your business. Social media can be tricky to get right. You need to find the right balance between informative and engaging. It must be relevant to your business but explained in terms that everyone will be able to understand. A social media marketing agency can help with this.

As a social media marketing agency, we will be able to create a social media marketing strategy that finds your target audience, optimise your social profiles, and create engaging content. We will make sure that call to actions (CTAs) are including in any social media content, encouraging your audience to get in contact with your business or visit your website to find out more information. Part of our role as a social media marketing agency is to grow your community. Interacting with your audience and building positive customer relationships are all apart of our service.

Being a social media marketing agency, we have the skills to create paid for social media ads, targeting your audience directly, and access to the latest software to help track your ROI.

A social media marketing agency is built up of a team of dedicated people. From copywriters to graphic designers, the whole team will help create content that your audience will want to share with others and that will increase your online presence.

What is social media marketing?

As the name suggests, social media marketing is the use of social media platforms and channels to promote a service and/or product. Large and small businesses alike can use social media marketing to engage with their target audience, foster an online community and build brand awareness and visibility. Perhaps most pertinent, social media marketing can create a more personable perception of a brand and help to drive online conversions.

What social media platforms do we work with?

Priority Pixels work with a wide array of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and more. Our approach is adaptable, allowing us to select the platforms that best suit your industry and target audience.

Boosting social media engagement for vital NHS healthcare recruitment

Devon Alliance hires healthcare professionals from around the world. Over the past two years, it has recruited over 1000 internationally educated nurses across hospitals in Devon. It represents six NHS Trusts, advertising vacancies for registered nurses to live and work for the NHS in Devon.

Devon Alliance had its social media managed in-house but didn’t have the time to spend on growing its social following. The organisation required guidance, management, and new ideas. Priority Pixels took over its social media management – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Our expert social media team started by reviewing its current social media channels, running competitor analysis, and marketing its goals and objectives.

Social media marketing services for dementia support company

Priority Pixels took over the social media channels for both Memory Matters and Moments Café. Our copywriting team got to work on the wording for each social media post, then passed that wording onto our graphic designers who created visually appealing images and video. We strictly adhered to the client’s existing brand guidelines to create engaging social media content that promoted their services, such as support groups and training sessions.

We also began actively encouraging Memory Matter’s existing online community to support the organisation, whether that be donating accrued supermarket points through the Co-op membership scheme or buying a coffee at Moments Café.
