NHS Devon Alliance

Devon Alliance hire healthcare professionals from around the world. Over the past two years, Devon Alliance have recruited over 1000 internationally educated nurses across hospitals in Devon. They represent six NHS Trusts, advertising vacancies for registered nurses to live and work for the NHS in Devon.

Devon Alliance had their social media managed in-house but didn’t have the expertise and time to spend on growing their social following. They required guidance, management, and new ideas. Priority Pixels took over their social media management – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Due to the success of our social media management, we now run their TikTok account as part of our service. Our expert social media team started by reviewing their current social media channels, running competitor analysis, and marketing their goals and objectives.

We created a social media content plan and once the first month of scheduling was approved, we continued creating and scheduling monthly content. We have a monthly review with Devon Alliance, meeting each month to see what has worked well and signing off the plan for the following month. We handle community management which strengthens relationships and promotes brand advocacy. This also increases social media following to encourage more nurses to live and work in Devon. Devon Alliance are successfully growing and expanding across the UK.
