As the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of PVC windows, doors and fascia systems to the window industry, the Epwin Group has over 40 years experience in supplying to the trade, light commercial, and new build and social housing sectors.
Founded in 1976, the Epwin Group supplies each of these sectors through a nationwide network of retailers, plastics stockists, and window, door and conservatory installers. Each product is designed and manufactured in-house for their end-user markets and is sold under their own established and trusted brands.
With a number of these brands, including Swish Windows, Profile 22, and Spectus, covering specific sectors, each has their own website. And having worked with Epwin over the last few years on previous projects, Priority Pixels had already built a good working relationship with them, setting us up nicely to undertake design and development work on various web projects for them.
Designing this new site in WordPress gave one of the Epwin Group’s key brands a platform deserving of its stature in the industry. Designed to be a showcase for the Epwin Glass brand, the site helps deliver their key messages while detailing their main products and listing their accreditations for quality, environmental and safety standards.
Our use of clear tabs and drop down menus in the fixed header makes the whole site easy to navigate. We also applied Epwin’s professional photography throughout by including plenty of images across the site, including the large slider images on the home page. As conversion rates are important to Epwin, adding clear calls to action on every page has made it easy for suppliers and stockists to make contact.
Though a straightforward website in design, the results have given Epwin Glass a clear, user-friendly, and easy to use site that gives every visitor the information they need.

With a similar brief to the Epwin Glass website, another of the Epwin Group’s brands, Frontier Doors, needed a fresh new site in order to compete in a crowded market. Frontier Doors supplies a range of thermoplastic, insulated composite doors and hardware aimed directly at their end-user customers.
Created in WordPress, our main aim was to give the site a fresh design and make it easy to use and navigate. With clear headers and menus, each page gives visitors all the information they need when choosing their doors, together with separate pages for hardware choices and detailed technical product specifications. We also added an online portal linking to an external site making it easy for customers to get a quote or order their doors directly.
With a user-friendly website, Frontier Doors and their customers can now benefit from a smooth and easy browsing and buying experience.

Building For The Future
By asking architects and specifiers what’s driving change in UK housing design, Epwin’s Building For The Future platform combines the results of a survey with in-depth interviews and desktop research. The next step required a new website to get those answers online and available for everyone.
Using WordPress to create the site, we designed it to be an informative single page, integrating large images from the Epwin photo library together with video to provide relevant background content. Leading visitors through the main points of the research, offering them the opportunity to download it in full at every section, we used data visualisation techniques to highlight key facts and figures throughout.
Aimed at the commercial end of the market, Building For The Future provides the insights and information other industry leaders look for, and we were happy to create a visually attractive and practical site to reach a wider audience.
