Paul Clapp, Co-Founder and Director

Before co-founding Priority Pixels in 2016, Paul honed his skills in the digital marketing industry, mastering the art of building WordPress websites. With over 20 years of experience as a web designer and developer under his belt, Paul now oversees every step of the web development cycle – from initial planning and design to testing and launch.

Paul’s expertise ensures that every project at Priority Pixels is executed to the highest standards, delivering exceptional results for our clients. 

Monica Johnson, Senior Designer

Monica, with her years of experience as a graphic designer, is the creative mind behind the eye-catching visuals you see on our websites, social media platforms and everything in between. Around the office, you’ll most likely find Monica wearing outfits as creative as her designs! 

With a natural talent for understanding our clients’ visions and bringing them to life, Monica has been instrumental in raising our web design standards. Her expertise in user experience and interface design ensures that our websites are not only visually stunning but also highly functional and user-friendly.

Danni Webber, Lead Web Developer 

Starting as a Web Design apprentice, Danni has now been with Priority Pixels for over 5 years. She’s at her happiest when she’s deep in code, bringing websites to life. Her mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP allows her to approach even the most intricate web development challenges with ease.

Danni’s ability to seamlessly integrate visual design within technical coding ensures that each project looks and functions exactly as envisioned. Whether it’s creating custom plugins, optimising website performance or implementing responsive design, Danni’s skills shine through in every line of code she writes.

Chris Roberts, SEO & Web Developer

Chris leads our in-house SEO team, bringing a wealth of knowledge in search engine optimisation to help our clients fulfil their online potential. He not only devises effective SEO strategies but also steps in as a web developer when called upon, effortlessly handling the technical aspects of website coding and maintenance.

Chris is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new website content and optimising site performance. His dual expertise in SEO and web development makes him an invaluable asset to our team, bridging the gap between search engine visibility and website functionality.

Hannah Courtier-Train, Apprentice Web Developer 

With a passion for coding and a keen eye for detail, Hannah is committed to learning the art of web development whilst studying at Exeter College. Under the guidance of our talented dev team, she is gaining hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other essential programming languages.

With her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, Hannah is making remarkable progress in her apprenticeship with Priority Pixels. We’re proud to support Hannah on her journey as she grows into a skilled and confident web developer.
