When Priority Pixels took over The Mobility Outlet’s Google Ads account in September 2024 it was tracking almost no revenue. The rebuild that followed, a carefully planned and continually optimised Google Ads strategy, has run ever since. The engagement now spans two years of sustained e-commerce delivery.
The first six months set the foundation. Click through rate rose by over 90%, cost per click fell by 13.7%, purchases more than doubled and average order value increased by 146%. Customer acquisition costs fell by 31%, supporting profitability while easing pressure on ad budgets. Revenue increased by 534% and return on ad spend rose from 2.26 to 8.08, making Google Ads one of the brand’s most effective and profitable channels.
The programme has kept delivering since. From September 2024 to July 2026 the account has produced more than £210,000 in tracked revenue from 1,370 conversions, built on 141,000 clicks from 7.5 million impressions of Shopping and Performance Max activity.
Built to Recover
E-commerce accounts live in the real world. Early 2026 brought a run of headwinds: top selling products discontinued or changed and the recurring policy restrictions Google applies to mobility products tightening delivery. A structured diagnostic traced every contributing factor across the product feed, policy status, asset quality and conversion tracking. A programme of fixes went live in May. Two months later the account recorded its strongest month for tracked revenue since the engagement began, more than double the same month the year before. Year two of the engagement has passed year one for tracked revenue with a month of the year still to run.
These results reflect the impact of a clear strategy, consistent testing and in depth performance analysis. With SEO now running alongside the paid media programme, The Mobility Outlet continues to benefit from Priority Pixels’ integrated approach across paid media and organic search, with a focus on sustained commercial outcomes.
WooCommerce Development
UX Design Focused on Accessibility
As an e-commerce website, The Mobility Outlet was designed with a user-first approach, placing particular emphasis on accessibility. As a supplier of manual and electric wheelchairs, it was vital that the site catered to users with a range of abilities. The design process prioritised creating an intuitive and accessible experience for all users, with special attention to features like clear, readable typography, high-contrast colour palettesand intuitive navigation to ensure inclusivity.
From product browsing to checkout, the experience was streamlined to reduce any potential barriers, allowing users to effortlessly explore the product offerings and make informed purchasing decisions.
