In short

Systems and API integration for UK businesses. Custom coded connections between your CRM, finance software, website, Microsoft 365 and the industry platforms your sector depends on, tested properly and monitored once live.

Copied Data Costs Hours

Most businesses run on systems that do not talk to each other. An enquiry arrives on the website and someone types it into the CRM. An invoice is raised in the finance system and someone updates a spreadsheet. Each copy is a chance for an error and a cost in hours.

Connected Automatically

Priority Pixels connects the systems you already run so data flows between them automatically. Website to CRM. CRM to finance. Finance to reporting. Microsoft 365 to all of it. Integrations are custom coded against each platform’s API and tested properly before anything goes live.

Monitored Once Live

An integration that fails silently can quietly cost you a month of data. Everything we connect is monitored and maintained under an agreed support arrangement, so platform changes are caught and handled by the team that built the connection.

Integrations Built by the Team That Supports Them

Every Priority Pixels integration is scoped and built by senior developers who stay accountable for it once live. Discovery maps what each of your systems can do, which fields they hold, which APIs they expose and where their weak points sit. The integration is designed around the weakest link honestly rather than pretending everything is modern, and every data flow is documented before any code is written.

  • Custom coded against each API
  • Data flows documented before build
  • Built alongside your live systems
  • Switched on when proven, not before
  • Logging on every connection
  • Failure alerts to a named developer
  • Platform change handling under support
  • GDPR appropriate data handling throughout

Integrations are built and tested alongside your live systems and switched on only when proven, so your team keeps working throughout. AI workflows accelerate delivery, which means faster turnaround at lower cost than traditional agency builds, with a developer reviewing and standing behind every connection shipped.

What We Connect

The systems your business runs on connected properly, so data flows between them automatically and every team sees the same view. Below are the integrations we deliver most often, with the platforms each one works with.

Website to CRM With No Rekeying

Every enquiry, form fill and order lands in your CRM the moment it happens, with source, campaign and referrer captured for reporting. No more retyping and no more lost leads between systems.

Works with:

HubSpotSalesforcePipedriveZohoMicrosoft Dynamics

Finance Joined to the Rest of the Business

Invoices, payments and reconciliation data flow between your finance system and the platforms that generate them, so nothing sits in a spreadsheet in between. Consistent numbers everywhere they matter.

Works with:

XeroQuickBooksSageFreeAgentStripeGoCardless

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Wired In

Mailboxes, calendars, documents and directories connected to the platforms your team works in, so information stops living in two places at once and permissions stay in sync automatically.

Works with:

Microsoft 365Google WorkspaceSharePointOneDrive

Industry Platforms and Specialist Tools

Fleet, cargo, port, practice management, project management and other sector-specific systems connected to the CRM, finance and reporting tools you already run. If it has an API, it connects.

API Layer for Legacy Systems

Older systems with no modern API get a middleware layer so they can join the rest of the stack, whether that means a scheduled export, a database view or a route we build ourselves.

Meet the team

The team who scope and build the integrations that connect your systems. The same people you speak to on day one look after the connections once they are live.

Owen

Owen Lewis

Senior Web Developer

Owen leads every software build. He scopes the technical approach, owns the architecture and reviews everything that ships, from first commit to launch.

Lisa

Lisa Moody

Website & SEO Support

Lisa builds alongside Owen and looks after the software once it is live. Updates, monitoring and the support requests that need a developer rather than a script.

Monica

Monica Johnson

Senior Designer

Monica designs the interfaces. Portals and applications that make sense to the people using them without a training manual.

Jess

Jess Pearce

Digital Marketing Administrator

Jess coordinates delivery. Progress updates, scope decisions logged in writing and the client-side communication that keeps a build moving.

Sectors We Work With

Every sector runs on its own mix of core systems. We connect them properly so the finance software talks to the CRM, the CRM talks to the industry platform and the industry platform talks to Microsoft 365.

B2B

B2B

B2B teams typically run CRM, marketing platforms, finance software and industry tools that do not talk to each other. We connect them so account, marketing and finance teams all see the same view of a customer without a spreadsheet in between.

Integration for B2B
Technology, IT & SaaS

Technology, IT & SaaS

Technology businesses run on product platforms, billing systems, support tools and internal apps that grow at different rates and rarely stay in sync. We connect them so customer state is consistent across every system your team touches.

Integration for Technology
Healthcare

Healthcare

Healthcare providers rely on practice management, referral platforms and patient communication tools that were never designed to work together. We connect them within the boundaries information governance requires so data does not leak outside the systems you already trust.

Integration for Healthcare
Shipping & Maritime

Shipping & Maritime

Maritime operations depend on fleet, cargo, port and finance systems that all need to see the same voyage. We connect them so the office and the vessel work from live data instead of yesterday's report.

Integration for Shipping
Construction

Construction

Construction runs on estimating, procurement, project management and accounts software that each hold part of the truth. We connect them so cost tracking is live and job margins stop being a surprise at the end of the month.

Professional Services

Professional Services

Professional practices juggle practice management, document systems and finance software that never quite line up. We connect them so time entries turn into invoices and client files, matters and billing all reference the same record.

How We Integrate Your Systems

Integrations fail quietly and expensively when they are built without discovery. Ours are documented, tested and monitored so a silent failure never costs you a month of data.

Discovery of Your Systems

Discovery starts with mapping every system involved: what data it holds, what its API can do, what it cannot do, and where its weak points sit. The integration is designed around the weakest link honestly rather than pretending everything is modern and REST compliant. If a system has no API, discovery finds the supported route, whether that is an SFTP feed, a database view or a scheduled export, before anything is promised. Outputs are documented in writing and shared with you before design starts, so scope is grounded in what is actually possible rather than what looks good in a pitch.

Integration Design

Every data flow is documented before build: what moves, in which direction, on which trigger, what happens on failure and what data is logged for audit. Design decisions cover authentication method (OAuth, API keys, service accounts), rate limits, retry logic and error handling. You sign off the integration design before development starts. Data handling follows GDPR appropriate practice: only the fields the job needs are moved, and everything moved is logged so you have a clear audit trail of what has passed between systems and when.

Build and Test Alongside Live

Integrations are built and tested against your live systems in parallel, without touching your working data. Test integrations run in sandboxes where the platform provides them and in read only mode where it does not, so the team can verify the flow behaves correctly under real world conditions before switching anything on. Every connection is monitored, every message is logged and every failure is alerted from day one. The team that built the integration is on the alert list, not a helpdesk downstream who has to escalate before anything happens.

Monitored Launch

Launch is staged. Read only flows are switched on first, then write flows, then dependent processes, so failures are caught in small doses rather than cascading. Every connection is logged, monitored and alerted from launch onward. If something stops moving, our senior team knows before you do. If Google, Microsoft or the platform you rely on changes their API, the team that built the connection catches it under the support arrangement rather than leaving you to find out from a client that data has stopped syncing between systems.

Maintenance and Change

Platform changes are handled by the team that built the integration under an agreed support arrangement, so a Microsoft 365 tenant migration or a CRM version upgrade is not your problem to solve. When your systems change, so does the connection. Every integration is documented, version controlled and testable in isolation, so a change to one flow can be verified before touching production. Data flow logs are retained so you always have a clear record of what has moved, when and to which system, which matters for audit as much as it matters for troubleshooting.

Systems and API Integration FAQs

Can you connect systems that do not have an API?

Usually, yes. Where a platform has no API there is often still a supported route, and discovery finds it before anything is promised.

How do we start an engagement?

Every integration build starts with a short discovery call to understand the systems involved, followed by a scoping session that turns into a written proposal covering the data flows, scope, cost and delivery dates. Nothing goes to development without your sign off. Reach out through the contact form and we will book the discovery call in.
