In short

Priority Pixels produces content for B2B organisations through AI Operational Workflows our team has designed, built and tested. Every piece runs through brief development, AI generation, editorial review and a senior pass before publication. The output spans website copy, landing pages, blog articles, case studies, whitepapers and editorial calendar management, formatted for search visibility and AI citation eligibility.

FOR YOUR EDITORIAL CALENDAR

B2B content creation produces the website copy, landing pages, blog articles, case studies, whitepapers and editorial calendar work that keeps your content programme moving. Strategy can be in place but assets do not get produced fast enough to compound authority across the topics you want to own.

AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Priority Pixels is a B2B marketing agency delivering content creation from the UK to clients nationally and internationally since 2016. Our Content Lead has engineered six content production workflows that apply senior-level editorial standards consistently to every piece we produce, anchored in your brand voice and your sector terminology. No generic AI prose.

TRACKED PER PIECE

Every Priority Pixels piece ties back to a commercial metric your team cares about. We track ranking position, impressions, clicks, AI citation status and conversions across 30, 60 and 90-day windows after each piece goes live. Every content retainer client has live access to our reporting dashboard with daily-synced KPIs and plain-English interpretation.

Content built for search and AI, written by our team

Priority Pixels runs content creation as a specialist channel built for search and AI. Every commission is briefed, written and reviewed by the same content team, targeted at a specific search and AI Overview intent, structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot can parse and cite it, and shipped through our production loop rather than a freelance chain.

That specialist focus gives our clients the benefit of proper content expertise. Blog articles, guides, whitepapers, sector explainers, landing page copy and long-form thought leadership all sit inside the delivery, written to earn both traditional rankings and AI citations. We know what makes B2B and public sector content earn attention across search and answer engines.

The six content formats we produce

Priority Pixels Content Creation covers every B2B content format your engagement needs. Six dedicated production workflows, each built by our Content Lead from the distinct demands of that content type.

  • Website copywriting that converts visitors into buyers

Permanent navigation pages including service pages, product pages, about pages and team profiles. Conversion-oriented and integrated with site architecture, internal linking and schema. Each page anchored in your brand voice, formatted for AI search citation eligibility from publication.

  • Landing page copy that drives single-action conversions

Campaign-specific landing pages for PPC, lead generation, gated downloads or service promotion. Single-action and conversion-focused, matched to the source ad or email. Coordinated with our PPC Lead for paid traffic landing pages.

  • Blog article production that earns search and AI visibility

Cluster-aware, SERP-led blog articles targeting long-tail keywords, sector questions and topical subjects. AI search citation eligible from publication, with FAQ blocks, definition paragraphs, statistics callouts and entity-clear claims built into every piece.

  • Case study development that demonstrates real results

Customer case studies produced through structured customer interview, data verification, draft and customer review cycle. Outcome-led, evidence-heavy and sales-enablement-ready. Sign-off from your customer's team built into the production schedule.

  • Whitepapers and long-form content that build authority

Long-form authority assets including whitepapers, sector reports, technical guides and definitive buyer guides. Includes companion asset production: gated landing page, summary blog, sales deck, press kit and social variants. Typically 1 to 4 per year per retainer.

  • Editorial calendar management that sequences every piece

The strategic spine that sequences every piece. The current month detailed, the following two months in outline. Quarterly review balances cluster strategy, commercial events, sector context and production capacity.

Our content team

Good content has to do three jobs at once: convince a buyer, satisfy Google’s ranking signals and give AI search engines something they can cite. Our team is built around all three so the editorial work, technical implementation, design and publishing schedule stay joined up from brief through to publish.

  • Rory Stewart

    Rory Stewart

    SEO and Content Lead

Rory leads the writing side of content creation. Briefs, drafts and edits shaped by search data so every piece has a clear job to do.

  • Emily King

    Emily King

    SEO & PPC Lead

Emily plans the content programme. Topics, formats, briefs and the schedule that keeps a client's website and channels moving without gaps.

  • Owen Lewis

    Owen Lewis

    Senior Web Developer

Owen handles the technical side of content delivery. Schema markup, CMS structure, page templates and the technical SEO work that makes sure content gets crawled, indexed and cited correctly all sit with him. If a page isn't ranking for what it should, he is the person who finds out why.

  • Jess Pearce

    Jess Pearce

    Digital Marketing Administrator

Jess keeps content projects on track. She manages the editorial calendar, coordinates writers and approvals and makes sure work gets reviewed, finalised and shipped without sitting in anyone's inbox. Every deadline, sign-off and publishing slot goes through her.

When a creation retainer makes sense

A content creation retainer is the right fit for B2B teams in one of these five positions, each tied to a gap in capacity, coverage or quality.

  • You have content strategy but not production capacity

You know what content to produce and when, but your own team cannot keep pace with the editorial calendar. The retainer takes production off your team's plate.

  • You are scaling beyond what your own team can manage

Your own writers handle some formats but cannot cover everything. The retainer fills the gaps: whitepapers, case studies, technical content and blog production written for AI search.

  • You are starting a new content programme after an audit

A Content Audit has produced your prioritised action plan. The retainer delivers the new content the audit identified, starting with the pieces that matter most.

  • You want AI workflow scale with agency quality

You have tried AI content production in house and hit the ceiling on voice consistency, editorial standards or AI search formatting. The retainer brings the configured workflow plus the editorial layer that keeps quality high.

  • You are entering a new market or sector

You need substantial content built quickly for a new commercial direction: new service line, new geography or new audience segment. The retainer builds the foundational asset library faster than a team in house can.

The production loop

Every Priority Pixels Content Creation piece runs through the same detailed loop regardless of content type. The loop is what stops AI content reading as generic and what keeps quality consistent across every asset shipped.

  • Brief development. Every piece begins with a structured brief covering primary keyword, secondary keywords, search intent, cluster role, target audience, key messages, source material, internal link targets and schema requirements.
  • AI workflow generation. Your configured Per-Client AI Workflow Configuration produces the first draft. Master Brand Anchor Block, Voice Anchor Block, Content Rules Compliance Block and the relevant content type prompt template feed every generation. Output reads as your brand voice from first generation.
  • Editorial review and senior pass. Our Content Lead reviews every piece for voice authenticity, accuracy and brand alignment. SEO mechanics checked. AI search formatting checked against the eight failure patterns we track. A senior pass before any piece reaches you.
  • Client review and publication. The piece reaches you with a summary of the brief, the originality angle, the SEO target and any sector compliance flags. Once approved, the piece publishes to your CMS with schema applied, internal links live and performance tracked across 30, 60 and 90-day windows.

Sectors we work with

Content creation is the production engine that turns your brief into website copy, landing pages, blog articles, case studies and long-form authority content. Our AI workflows are configured per client with brand voice anchors and sector terminology, so the output reads as your business rather than as generic AI. The work below shows how production shifts by sector.

How we work

Every Priority Pixels Content Creation retainer runs across a five-step engagement.

01

Discovery and proposal

A qualifying call to understand your business, followed by a technical call with our Content Lead to scope the production schedule, content type mix, sector context, audience and KPIs. You receive a proposal with the scope, the schedule and the monthly fee.

02

Onboarding and foundational documents

Our kickoff workflow handles access requests across CMS, GA4, Search Console, brand asset library, newsletter and social platforms. We produce or refresh your Identity and Positioning document, Content Rules document and Brand Voice Calibration Notes.

03

AI workflow configuration

Our Content Lead configures your per-client AI workflow with the Master Brand Anchor Block, Voice Anchor Block, Content Rules Compliance Block and a dedicated prompt template per content type in scope. Each template is test-run until output reads on-brand on first generation.

04

Editorial calendar build and production

Your 90-day editorial calendar is built from the agreed schedule, your commercial events, your cluster strategy and any audit-identified priorities. Production begins on the highest-priority pieces. Every piece runs through the production loop: brief, generation, editorial review, AI search check, senior pass, client review and publication.

05

Monthly and quarterly reporting

Every month we produce a content performance report covering work shipped, page-level performance, cluster trajectory, AI citation status and forward plan. Every 90 days we run a Quarterly Business Review covering strategic alignment, AI search authority, engagement health and next quarter priorities.

Content creation FAQs

The questions we hear most about content creation, from what we need to start to working alongside your internal team.

What is the difference between Content Creation and Content Optimisation?

A Content Audit is the diagnostic. Content Creation produces new content. Content Optimisation lifts existing content. Creation is the production engine for the editorial calendar going forward. Optimisation is the sprint workflow that improves your existing library. Many clients run both in parallel: Creation delivering new assets, Optimisation lifting the historic library.

How does your AI-powered approach to content creation actually work?

Every piece is produced through a Per-Client AI Workflow Configuration built by our Content Lead. The configuration includes a Master Brand Anchor Block, Voice Anchor Block, Content Rules Compliance Block and a dedicated prompt template per content type in scope. The configured workflow produces the first draft. Our team reviews for voice authenticity, accuracy and brand alignment, applies a senior pass and ships the piece for client review. The AI does not write your content alone. It scales senior-level editorial thinking across every piece we produce.

The same AI-powered methodology runs across our other services. Our AI SEO service applies the same workflow approach to organic search visibility and AI search engine optimisation.

How do you stop AI content reading as generic?

The Brand Voice Calibration session captures your brand voice as anchors that feed every AI workflow we run for you. Vocabulary anchors, tone anchors, do-not-do anchors and 3 to 5 worked examples form the calibration document. Every piece goes through editorial review against the calibration before it reaches you. The Voice Anchor Block in your AI Workflow Configuration is the technical mechanism. The Content Lead is the editorial mechanism.

What do you need from us to start?

For a Creation retainer: CMS access, GA4 access, Search Console access, brand asset library access, an approved Identity and Positioning document, an approved Content Rules document and an approved Brand Voice Calibration. Where Identity and Positioning, Content Rules or Brand Voice Calibration do not exist, we produce them during onboarding before production begins. The first piece typically ships in the second month of the retainer once onboarding is complete.

Can you work with our in-house team rather than replacing it?

Yes. Most of our Creation retainer clients have in-house marketing teams. We work as the production layer covering the formats your team cannot cover at the schedule required. The output drops into your existing editorial workflow. Some clients use our AI Workflow Configuration alongside their in-house production for voice consistency across teams.

Do you guarantee AI search citation in ChatGPT and Perplexity?

No agency can honestly guarantee AI citation. Citation patterns shift weekly with model releases. What we do guarantee is that every piece is formatted for citation eligibility against the eight failure patterns we track: definition gap, factual extractability gap, entity ambiguity gap, authority signal gap, schema gap, FAQ format gap, comparison format gap and statistics format gap. We test citation status on a 7, 30, 60 and 90-day post-publication schedule and report the patterns.
