In short

Priority Pixels runs client work through a library of AI workflows. Each one is a structured instruction set for a single task: an audit, a campaign build, a monthly report, a performance review. Every workflow is grounded in the client's own brand before it produces anything, runs behind a human review step and is refined every quarter based on what actually performs. Nothing generates against a default voice and nothing reaches a live channel without a person signing it off.

Client brand, first

Every workflow is calibrated to the client before it runs. Identity, positioning, tone, sector rules and the things they never say get captured in a versioned brand foundation that every workflow reads. The output arrives in the client’s voice, so editorial time goes on the thinking rather than correcting the tone.

Human approval, always

Nothing publishes to a client’s brand until a person has approved it. Every workflow includes a review step: editorial review, senior review where the work calls for it and client approval before anything goes live. AI accelerates the work. It does not replace the approval and it does not touch a live account on its own.

Measured and refined

Every workflow feeds performance data back into the library. Work that performs has its patterns absorbed into the next version. Work that underperforms has the failure mode documented and prevented. The library improves quarterly, not once.

How the system works

Three things sit behind every piece of work we deliver and they work together.

Step 1 · Foundation

Knowledge

The foundation the workflow reads before producing a word: who the client is, who they serve, the language they use and the rules they cannot break. Read before every task, not just at onboarding.

Step 2 · Delivery

Workflow

A documented process for a single task, written so the work is done the same way on every account, whoever is running it and whatever else is going on that week. The workflow produces a structured draft. It does not make the final call.

Step 3 · Accountability

Specialist

Every account has a named service lead who reviews the workflow output, implements what is right for the client and answers for the outcome. The workflow proposes. The specialist decides.

The knowledge behind the work

The quality of any AI output comes down to what it is grounded in. Priority Pixels grounds every workflow in three sources of truth.

Source 1 · Client

Client brand foundation

Identity and Positioning, Content Rules and Brand Voice Calibration, produced at the start of an engagement and approved by the client. Versioned and refreshed whenever positioning, product or regulator changes.

Source 2 · Platform

Platform reference

One for each of Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta. Each holds the current facts for that platform and the house rules that decide how we run it. Reviewed every quarter and updated as the platforms change.

Source 3 · Service

Agency service framework

The single record of how each service is delivered, measured and improved. Every workflow, staff guide and client report references it. The standard is the same across the team.

Content

Content runs through three connected workflows: audit, creation and optimisation. They can be taken on their own or together, so the work matches what the organisation actually needs.

Workflow 01

Audit

Scores every published page against a seven dimension quality framework, backed by live search intelligence.

Output: prioritised action plan

Workflow 02

Creation

Structured pipeline from brief to publication, routed by content type, with senior review and client approval built in.

Output: publication ready page

Workflow 03

Optimisation

Sprints of two to four weeks. Every page classified for the right action: update, refresh, rewrite, consolidate or retire.

Output: sprint decision per page

A content audit pulls every published page through the research stack: the current search results for its target keyword, competitor movement, cluster context and measurable performance through the analytics connections. Each page is scored against a seven dimension quality framework, then classified so the response is decided by evidence rather than opinion. The output is a prioritised action plan of fifteen to twenty five pages, a content inventory with the recommended action per page and a one page summary for stakeholders who need the headline.

Content creation runs a structured pipeline. Each piece begins with a brief built from live search intelligence, competitor content and search intent, then a first draft in the calibrated brand voice. Different content types route through different production workflows so the structure fits the format, whether that is a blog article, a landing page, a case study or a whitepaper. Every draft takes substantial human editing before editorial review, senior review where the work calls for it and client approval. Publication covers the page, its schema, internal links, image assets and every signal search engines and AI platforms use to rank and cite it. Performance is tracked at thirty, sixty and ninety days and fed back into the next brief.

Content optimisation runs in sprints of two to four weeks across a defined batch of pages. Each page is diagnosed and matched to one of five actions: update, refresh, rewrite, consolidate or retire. Applying the wrong action is the most common way agencies waste a refresh budget. The classification prevents that.

01

Technical SEO

02

Keyword research and mapping

03

Competitor analysis

04

AI search visibility

SEO and AI Search

Every SEO engagement opens with a paired audit: technical SEO for the site foundations, keyword research and mapping for the topic priorities, competitor analysis for the market position and an AI search visibility audit covering ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. These run through several research connections in parallel, landing in one data layer that produces a ninety day roadmap signed off in a strategy presentation.

Implementation covers the work that moves rankings: technical fixes, on page optimisation, schema and structured data, internal linking and, for ecommerce, product feed and Merchant Center management. A content programme runs alongside it, from idea generation through brief production to publication and cluster build out. AI search visibility work sits inside the same delivery, restructuring the most authoritative pages for how AI platforms cite and summarise sources, alongside continuous structured data, entity establishment, brand mention reclamation and thought leadership.

Weekly monitoring reads the previous week’s ranking, Search Console and indexing data against the client’s baseline. Each anomaly is classified by likely cause, algorithm, technical, content, seasonal or competitor, so the account manager knows where to look first. Reviewing weekly catches problems in the week they surface, not in a month end report where the recovery window has already closed.

Paid Media

Paid media is where the platform references do the most work. Behind the service sit more than forty instruction sets and a reference for each of Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta.

A new account runs through discovery and audit, then a campaign build documented in full before anything goes live. The build is produced through the platform APIs to match the plan exactly, then checked by the specialist, signed off internally and walked through with the client. Campaigns stay paused until the client approves them and the agreed launch date arrives. A build being ready is not a reason to launch it early.

Once live, every managed account gets a daily check, every day, for the life of the account, running at greater depth through the first weeks after launch. The daily check reviews search terms, budget pacing, bidding, ad status, tracking and quality against the platform reference and proposes actions. The specialist decides which to apply. Every account gets a monthly performance audit and a quarterly business review as well, against the same framework each time.

The principle that runs through all of it is total human control. The workflow analyses and recommends. Nothing is changed on a live account automatically or silently. Every change goes through the specialist who owns the account.

Keyword research

More than twenty keyword research workflows sit under the content and search work, each built for a specific job: service pages, pillar topics and taxonomy, cluster content, blog topics, local search, answer engine and LLM visibility, conversational queries, cannibalisation mapping and product terms for WooCommerce. Every idea is anchored to a target keyword and mapped to the client’s cluster structure, so the work is planned against real opportunity rather than guesswork.

Web

Web design and development is led by engineers, not by an AI workflow. Sites are built bespoke on WordPress, without page builders or templates, to standards for performance, accessibility and long term maintainability. AI workflows support the work where they add value, in research, structured analysis and the shared brand foundation, but the build itself is craft led by the team. Where an engagement crosses into content or search, the same brand foundation and workflows carry across, so the site, its copy and its search strategy speak with one voice.

The people behind the workflows

The AI scales senior thinking. It does not run the accounts. Every client has a named service lead who owns delivery from audit through to reporting, reviews every workflow output, decides what gets implemented and takes the monthly call. Behind them sits the wider team and the shared knowledge that keeps the standard the same across every account. In regulated sectors the client’s own compliance contact is built into the approval path, where a compliance flag pauses the work until it is resolved.

This is the part that matters most. AI workflows make good specialists faster and more consistent. They do not replace the judgement, the accountability or the relationship. We do not pretend otherwise.

How it stays current

The library is not fixed. Instruction sets, staff guides and workflow configurations are reviewed continuously based on operational learnings, client feedback and platform change. Each library has its own review rhythm.
