In short

Custom reporting and live dashboards for UK businesses. Every number your business runs on, drawn from the tools that already hold them, presented in one live view with alerting on threshold breaches.

Live, Not Weekly

Priority Pixels builds reporting platforms that pull directly from the systems your business already runs on, so the numbers everyone acts on come from a single live source rather than a manually assembled snapshot that is out of date the moment it lands.

One View for Every Team

Sales, finance, operations and leadership all see the same numbers, drawn from the same data feeds. Threshold alerts fire when SLAs, cash or pipeline drift off target, so decisions get made before the next monthly review.

Built to Your Data Model

Every KPI is defined in writing before any dashboard is built. What it measures, which system it comes from, how it is calculated and who sees it, so numbers stay trustworthy long after go live.

Reporting and Dashboards Drawn From Your Own Systems

Most businesses keep their data spread across accounting, sales, support and operational tools, then lose hours each month copying it into a spreadsheet somebody else does not trust. Priority Pixels builds reporting platforms and live dashboards that pull directly from those tools through their own data feeds, so the numbers everyone acts on come from a single source rather than a manually assembled snapshot.

  • Live data from your existing systems
  • One place for revenue, pipeline and cash
  • Client-facing and internal views
  • Scheduled report emails and PDF exports
  • Alerting on threshold breaches
  • Per-user access and permission control
  • Custom KPIs defined per business
  • Historic trend analysis built in

Every reporting build is scoped from the actual numbers your business needs to see and the systems those numbers already live in. We audit the data feeds available, design around the weakest link honestly and document what refreshes when so the dashboard is trusted from the day it goes live.

Meet the team

Reporting is a continuous build, not a one-off deployment. The team that builds yours stays the same through every new data feed, every custom KPI and every change request so context does not get lost between handovers.

Owen

Owen Lewis

Senior Web Developer

Owen leads on architecture and delivery. He scopes the technical approach, owns the data feeds and reviews everything that ships, from first commit to launch.

Lisa

Lisa Moody

Website & SEO Support

Lisa builds alongside Owen and looks after the platform once live. Data feed maintenance, monitoring and the change requests that need a developer rather than a script.

Monica

Monica Johnson

Senior Designer

Monica designs the interfaces. Dashboards and reports that make sense to the people using them without a training manual.

Jess

Jess Pearce

Digital Marketing Administrator

Jess coordinates delivery. Progress updates, scope decisions logged in writing and the client-side communication that keeps a build moving.

Sectors We Work With

Every sector runs on its own mix of core systems, and reporting has to work with what your teams already use rather than what a template assumes. Below are the sector-specific reporting builds we deliver most often.

B2B

B2B

B2B teams need dashboards and reporting that pull sales, marketing and finance data into one view. We build the reporting infrastructure that gives account, marketing and finance teams the same picture of the pipeline.

Technology, IT & SaaS

Technology, IT & SaaS

Technology businesses run on product platforms, billing systems, support tools and internal apps that hold different pieces of the customer story. We build reporting that brings those pieces together in one view.

Healthcare

Healthcare

Healthcare providers need reporting that respects information governance boundaries and works with the systems clinical teams already trust. We build reporting infrastructure that meets healthcare data protection standards.

Reporting for Healthcare
Shipping & Maritime

Shipping & Maritime

Maritime operations run on fleet, cargo, port and finance systems that all need to feed the same operational view. We build the dashboards that let shore staff and office teams work from the same live data.

Construction

Construction

Construction runs on estimating, procurement, project management and accounts software that each hold part of the truth. We build reporting that pulls those together so cost tracking, job margins and project status are live.

Professional Services

Professional Services

Professional practices juggle practice management, document systems and finance software that never quite line up. We build reporting infrastructure that gives partners and fee earners a single view of matter status, time and billing.

How We Build Reporting Platforms

Reporting builds are scoped, designed and delivered against a documented data model so the numbers stay trustworthy long after go live. Every stage below is written down and repeatable across every build.

Discovery and Data Audit

We map every system that holds the numbers you rely on, what data it exposes through its API or feed, how often it refreshes and where its known weak points are. We walk what the leadership team, sales, finance and operations actually look at each week so scope reflects real reporting needs, not a template list of KPIs.

KPI Definition and Data Model

Every KPI is defined in writing before any dashboard is built. What it measures, which system it comes from, how it is calculated, how often it refreshes and who sees it. Ambiguous definitions are resolved with the stakeholders who use the number, not left to be argued about after go live. The written data model is signed off before design starts.

Design and Prototype

Dashboards are prototyped in interactive mockups with the people who will use them, so layout, chart type and drill-through paths are agreed before code is written. Design covers desktop, tablet and mobile because leadership check numbers on their phone.

Build, Test and Historic Data

Data feeds are built with error handling, retries and alerting so a broken feed is noticed before the next report is due. Historical data is loaded so week-on-week and month-on-month comparisons work from day one. Every calculation is tested against the source system so numbers match rather than drift.

Launch, Support and Iteration

Launches happen with rollback available, so if a feed introduces a wrong number, we return to the last known good state without losing history. Ongoing support covers new data feeds as your systems change, new KPIs as your business changes and the maintenance work that keeps every feed pulling the right numbers.

Reporting and Dashboards FAQs

Do you host the reporting platform for us?

Yes. Reporting platforms we build are hosted on our UK infrastructure under the same operational controls as our other application hosting. Data feed refreshes, backups, security patching and monitoring all sit under one arrangement so nothing falls between the cracks.

Can you connect to systems that do not have a modern API?

Usually, yes. Where a platform has no API we look for a supported route, whether that is a scheduled export, a database view or a middleware layer we build ourselves. Discovery finds it before we promise a feed.

What happens if a data feed breaks?

Every feed is monitored, and a broken feed alerts our team before the next report is due. We investigate, fix and backfill any missing data so the dashboard is trustworthy again by the time the next scheduled report is generated.

Can you build reporting for multiple clients on one platform?

Yes. Multi-tenant reporting infrastructure is a common build for agencies, resellers and franchise setups, with each client seeing only their own data. Access is scoped per user or per organisation with permission controls tested before launch.

Do reports refresh live or on a schedule?

Both. Most dashboards refresh live from the source systems, and scheduled report emails go out at whatever cadence you agree with your teams: daily, weekly, monthly or after a specific event. Alerting on threshold breaches sits alongside scheduled reports so nothing important waits for the next email.

How do we start a reporting build?

Every reporting build starts with a short discovery call to understand the numbers the leadership team, sales, finance and operations actually rely on. That turns into a data audit and a written proposal covering the KPI definitions, data feeds, cost and delivery dates. Nothing goes to development without your sign off. Reach out through the contact form and we will book the discovery call in.
