In short

The Priority Pixels reporting platform consolidates data from every channel we run for a client into one screen. Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Webmaster Tools, Microsoft Clarity, PageSpeed Insights and the client's own WordPress installation. Every client on a retainer has access.

Direct API connections

Data is pulled directly from each platform’s API. Search Console rankings, GA4 sessions, ad spend, plugin update status. You are looking at the same numbers your account manager is looking at.

Every Channel Connected

Native integrations across every channel we manage and more coming. Position Tracking and a full Site Audit with health score and trend lines. Budget pacing across every paid platform. AI Traffic broken out by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot.

Built for our clients

A bespoke platform built and maintained in-house. Custom features and bespoke reports can be added for retainer clients. The reporting evolves alongside the work because the same team builds both.

One platform, every channel

We built the reporting platform because off-the-shelf tools either could not pull from every channel we use or made us pay per client per platform to do it. So we built our own.

  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Ads
  • Microsoft Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Microsoft Clarity
  • PageSpeed Insights
  • WordPress

Each integration pulls directly from the source API, not a third-party middleware layer. For retainer clients, we can add custom features and bespoke reports on top of the standard reporting layer.

SEO reporting that sees what the others miss

The SEO views start with the obvious. Search Console query and page performance. GA4 sessions, key events and content data. Position Tracking with daily ranking checks across every keyword we are working on. A full Site Audit with a 0 to 100 health score, error, warning and notice breakdowns and trend lines so you can see whether things are getting better or worse.

Then comes the AI Traffic view, covering sessions from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot. The detection uses the native GA4 AI Assistant channel that Google rolled out in May 2026, with referrer matching as a fallback. It is the same view we use internally to track which content is pulling traffic from AI answers.

Paid media across every platform in one place

The paid media views pull from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads directly. Campaign, ad group and keyword data for the search platforms. Campaign and ad set data for the social platforms. Spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and cost per conversion at every level.

On top of the raw data sits the analysis your account manager uses to actually optimise. Budget Pacing shows where each platform is against its monthly target. The Day of Week heatmap flags performance patterns the platforms’ own dashboards bury. Anomaly Callouts surface campaigns where spend or conversion volume has shifted outside normal range.

As a certified Google Partner agency, the team has access to beta features and account specialists. The reporting reflects how those are applied to your account.

WordPress monitoring with on-demand checks

Every WordPress website we host or maintain shows up in the reporting platform with a connection to the website itself. WordPress core version, every plugin and theme installed, current versus latest version, updates available and active status. A single Re-check button pulls fresh data from the website on demand so the reporting never goes stale.

For our SEO clients, we’ve added an additional layer. PageSpeed Insights runs alongside the WordPress data, giving Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores for the pages being optimised. Both are timestamped so you can see exactly when each metric was last refreshed.
