In short

Custom content and communications automation for UK businesses. Social publishing, email newsletters, ad campaigns and branded document generation, delivered against your brand rules with human approval on anything customer facing.

Publishing on Autopilot

Priority Pixels builds automation that handles social publishing, newsletter delivery, ad campaign management and branded document generation, so the routine content production runs on its own while your team keeps control of what goes out.

Human in the Loop

Nothing customer facing goes out unattended. Every automation is built around an approval step, so a person signs off before anything publishes, and every action leaves an audit trail for review after the fact.

Delivered to Your Brand

Every automation is scoped against your written brand rules, tone of voice, banned words and image policy, so the automated output matches the manual output without anyone having to clean it up afterwards.

Routine Content and Communications Handled by Software

The routine content and communications work most businesses do every week is repetitive, rule-based and exactly what software does better than people. Priority Pixels builds automation that handles publishing, distribution, document generation and email delivery so your team keeps control of what goes out while the routine production runs on its own.

  • Publishing to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Email newsletter build, personalisation and send
  • Ad campaign automation across Google and Microsoft
  • Branded PDF and document generation
  • Blog and long-form content publishing
  • Approval by email before anything goes out
  • Templated proposals and statements
  • Personalised customer communications at volume

Every automation is scoped against your existing brand rules, approval steps and outgoing channels. Nothing customer facing goes out unattended, and every automation leaves an audit trail so a review after the fact can see exactly what was sent, when and to whom.

What We Build

Priority Pixels builds custom content and communications automation for businesses that publish and distribute at volume. Below are the automations we deliver most often, with the platforms each one plugs into.

Social Media Publishing and Distribution

Content published automatically to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram from a single source, with per-platform formatting and scheduling agreed once and applied every time. Approval by email before anything goes out.

Works with:

Microsoft 365MailchimpHubSpotCampaign Monitor

Ad Campaign Automation

Automated campaign creation, budget allocation and reporting across the major paid platforms, so campaigns launch, pace and optimise without a person copy-pasting between dashboards.

Microsoft 365Google AdsMicrosoft AdsMeta

Branded PDF and Document Generation

Contracts, statements, quotes and reports generated from your data or brief, laid out in your brand and delivered to the customer without a designer touching each one. The same generator produces invoices, proposals and one-off documents from a template.

Microsoft 365SharePointOneDriveXeroQuickBooks

Blog and Long-Form Content Publishing

Long-form content scheduled and published to WordPress on the cadence you agree, with categorisation, featured image, meta and internal linking handled automatically to your rules.

Approval Workflows for Everything Outgoing

Anything customer facing goes through an approval by email step before it publishes, with the approved version logged and the rejected version routed back for revision. The same pattern our own content pipeline runs on every day.

Works with:

Microsoft 365Google WorkspaceWordPressSharePoint

Meet the team

Content and communications automation is a continuous build, not a one-off deployment. The team that builds yours stays the same across every new channel, every brand rule change and every approval flow so context does not get lost between handovers.

How We Build Content and Communications Automation

Content and communications automation is delivered against a documented content model and approval flow, so what goes out under automation looks and sounds exactly like what your team produces by hand. Every stage below is written down and repeatable across every build.

Discovery and Channel Audit

We audit every channel you publish to, the volume of content on each, the brand rules that apply, the approval steps that gate anything customer facing and the calendar or cadence you already work to. We surface where the manual effort actually lives so scope reflects real reporting needs rather than a template list of features.

Brand Rules and Content Model

Every automation is designed against your written brand rules and content model, covering tone, banned words, image rules, hashtag policy and per-platform format differences. Ambiguous rules are resolved with the marketing lead before the build so the automated output matches the manual output without a person cleaning it up.

Approval Flow Design

Nothing customer facing goes out without human approval. Every automation is designed around a documented approval flow: who approves, how they approve, what happens on rejection and where the approved version is logged. Approval by email keeps the flow inside the tools people already work in.

Build, Test and Historic Publishing

Automations are built against your live channels and tested with real historic content before switching on any live publishing. Every publish leaves an audit trail so if a customer or auditor asks what was sent and when, you have the record. Rollback is available in case an automation misfires.

Launch, Support and Iteration

Launches happen with rollback available and a hypergrowth review in the weeks after go live to catch any pattern the initial rules did not cover. Ongoing support covers new channels as you add them, brand rule changes as they evolve and the maintenance work that keeps every automation publishing correctly.

Content and Communications Automation FAQs

Do you handle the content itself or just the automation?

We build the automation. The content itself, tone of voice and creative direction usually stay with your team or your agency, and the automation handles the routine production, formatting, distribution and reporting. Where content generation is part of the ask, that is scoped as an AI workflow with human approval built in.

Can automated content go out without approval?

Not for customer facing content. Every automation we build has a human approval step before anything publishes, whether that is by email, in a shared inbox or through a dedicated approval interface. Internal or non-customer facing content can go out unattended where you decide that is appropriate.

Which platforms can you publish to?

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and most platforms that expose an API. Where a platform has no API we look for a supported route in discovery before promising publishing.

Can we roll back if an automation publishes something wrong?

Yes. Every automation is built with rollback available, so if a publish goes out with the wrong content or to the wrong list, we can withdraw, correct and republish. Every action is logged, so we can also see what happened and why.

Do you host the automation platform?

Yes. The automation platform is hosted on our UK infrastructure under the same operational controls as our other application hosting. Monitoring, backups, security patching and incident response all sit under one arrangement so nothing falls between the cracks.

How do we start a content automation build?

Every content and communications automation build starts with a short discovery call to audit the channels you publish to, the volume of content on each and the approval steps that gate anything customer facing. That turns into a written proposal covering the first automation, cost and delivery dates. Nothing goes to development without your sign off. Reach out through the contact form and we will book the discovery call in.
