Founded in 2001, Proceed Group specialises in SAP data and document management, helping businesses worldwide get more out of their investment in the leading business application software. The team at Proceed Group has remained dedicated to helping their clients simplify business processes, improve system performance, reduce costs and ensure compliance with the Global Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). 

When Proceed Group approached Priority Pixels, they already had an established social media presence but needed our assistance to increase visibility and introduce fresh ideas. We started with a comprehensive discovery stage, where we reviewed their social media channels to understand what had been successful and what hadn’t. We also conducted competitor analysis on their top three competitors to gain invaluable insights. This allowed us to identify their target audience and understand what type of content would best engage them.

With these insights, we put together the first month’s social media plan and tailored it to Proceed Group’s needs. Since then, our social media team have been creating and scheduling content for their channels, including Facebook, X and LinkedIn. Liaising closely with the client, we design all their visual assets, ensuring the content aligns with their brand voice and is visually stunning. We hold monthly reviews with Proceed Group to assess performance and use that data to drive the next month’s content plan. This allows us to build on what worked well, learn from what hasn’t worked so well and fine-tune their social media campaigns for continuous improvement.

Consistency in posting and engaging with their audience through our community management service has been key. Our work with Proceed Group is ongoing, and we are already seeing excellent results, including increased audience growth on their LinkedIn page and a 42% increase in their engagement rate per impression on Facebook.
