FAQs

What types of brochures do you design?

At Priority Pixels, we design various brochures tailored to different business needs. Our offerings include corporate brochures showcasing your company’s history, mission and achievements; product catalogues with detailed descriptions and images; and informational booklets for in-depth details on specific topics. We also create event programmes for conferences and seminars, promotional leaflets for special offers and service brochures explaining your offerings.

Additionally, we design real estate brochures with property details, hospitality brochures for hotels and restaurants, educational brochures for schools and non-profit brochures outlining missions and programmes. Whatever your needs, we can create a brochure that aligns with your brand and effectively communicates your message.

How long does the brochure design process take?

At Priority Pixels, the brochure design process typically takes two to four weeks, depending on the project’s complexity. We start with an initial consultation to understand your objectives, audience and requirements. Then, we spend a few days on market research and concept development to align our designs with your brand.

Drafting the brochure, including layout and initial content, takes about a week. We then present the draft to you and welcome your feedback to make sure the design meets your expectations. Based on your input, we make any necessary revisions, which may involve a few rounds over several days to get everything just right.

Once you’re happy with the design, we finalise the brochure and prepare the files for print and digital use, ensuring everything is ready for distribution. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication to meet your needs and timeline. While the typical duration is two to four weeks, we’re always flexible and aim to accommodate your specific deadlines and requirements for a smooth and efficient brochure design process.

What information do you need to start designing my brochure?

To start designing your brochure, we need your brand guidelines, including your logo, colour palette, typography and any other visual elements that define your brand identity. This ensures consistency with your overall branding.

We also need the content you want to include, such as text and images. This might cover product descriptions, company information, service details, testimonials and contact information. If you need help with content creation, we can assist with copywriting and photography.

Understanding your objectives is crucial, so please outline the main goals you want to achieve with the brochure, whether it’s to inform, promote, educate or generate leads. Additionally, details on the brochure format, such as size, number of pages and fold type (e.g., bi-fold, tri-fold) and whether it will be printed or digital, are essential to ensure it meets your needs.

This information enables us to create a brochure that effectively represents your brand and meets your marketing goals.

What is the cost of designing a brochure?

At Priority Pixels, the cost of designing a brochure can vary depending on the complexity of the design, the number of pages, the type of brochure (e.g., bi-fold, tri-fold, multi-page booklet), the level of customisation and any additional services required such as copywriting, photography or illustration.

To provide you with a precise quote, we recommend discussing your specific needs and requirements with us. At Priority Pixels, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, customised brochures that effectively represent your brand and meet your marketing objectives.

Can you handle printing as well as design?

Yes, we work with trusted printing partners to ensure the final product meets your expectations in both quality and delivery time. Once you approve the final design, we can handle everything – from selecting the appropriate paper stock and finishes to incorporating any special printing techniques to enhance the overall look and feel of your brochure.

Will I be able to review the brochure before it’s finalised?

Of course! At Priority Pixels, we believe in a collaborative design process and value your input at every stage. Once we create the initial draft, we’ll present it to you for review. Your feedback is crucial, and we encourage you to provide detailed comments and suggestions. Based on your input, we’ll make any necessary revisions to ensure the brochure meets your expectations and effectively represents your brand.

This review process may involve several rounds of revisions, depending on your needs and preferences. Only when you are completely satisfied and give your final approval will we proceed to the finalisation and printing stages. This way, you have full control over the design and can be confident in the finished product.

Do you offer design services for digital brochures?

Yes, we offer design services for digital brochures. We create brochures that are optimised for digital distribution, ensuring they are engaging, interactive and accessible across various devices and platforms. Our services include interactive PDF brochures with clickable links, embedded videos and other elements to enhance user experience.

We also design e-brochures tailored for websites and email campaigns, making sure they’re visually appealing and easy to navigate. Our digital brochures maintain your brand’s consistency while effectively communicating your message to your target audience. Whether you need a brochure for online viewing, downloading or sharing via email, we can provide a solution that meets your needs and helps you reach your digital marketing goals.

What if I don't have high-quality images for the brochure?

If you don’t have high-quality images for your brochure, we can help. We can source high-quality stock images that fit your brand and content requirements, or provide professional photography services to capture custom images just for you.

If you have existing images that are not of the highest quality, we can enhance them through editing and retouching to improve their appearance and suitability for your brochure. Additionally, we can create custom illustrations and graphics to complement your design. This way, your brochure will always look visually appealing and professional.

How many pages can my brochure have?

Your brochure can have as many pages as needed to convey your message. There’s no strict limit, so it can range from a simple one-page brochure to a detailed multi-page booklet.

For concise presentations, bi-fold and tri-fold brochures typically offer 4 to 6 panels. For more detailed content, like product catalogues or company profiles, multi-page booklets are ideal.

At Priority Pixels, we’ll help you determine the optimal number of pages to ensure your brochure is well-organised, visually appealing and effectively communicates your brand’s message.

Can you include QR codes or interactive elements in the brochure?

Yes, we can! Adding QR codes and interactive elements to your brochure is a great way to engage your audience. QR codes can direct readers to your website, social media pages, videos or other online content, offering a convenient way for them to get more information or take action.

We can also include other interactive elements such as clickable links and embedded videos in digital brochures. Our design team will work with you to choose the best interactive features that match your goals and make your brochure truly stand out. Whether it’s for print or digital, we’ll ensure your brochure looks great and provides a rich, interactive experience.
