Client Overview
The Children’s Wellness Centre is a private children’s clinic providing assessments and treatment for children and young people across Kent and London. Its services span ADHD, autism, dyslexia and educational psychology assessments, child and teen counselling, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and paediatric consultations. The centre is BPS and BACP registered with NICE aligned assessments. Its audience is parents making careful, often anxious decisions about their child’s care.
The centre engaged Priority Pixels in September 2025 to take over a Google Ads account previously run by another agency alongside self managed campaigns. The brief was a rebuild: reach the right families in the right places, inside Google’s healthcare advertising rules, with measurement the clinic could trust.

Our Approach
When Priority Pixels took over the account in September 2025, it had been run by a previous agency alongside self managed campaigns and it showed. The audit found campaigns limited by budgets too small to leave Google’s learning phase, a Kent dyslexia campaign targeting the entire world, overlapping location radiuses diluting spend, remarketing switched off, bidding strategies still set to clicks rather than conversions and campaigns that had never recorded a conversion. On top of that sits the structural challenge every private healthcare advertiser faces: Google’s healthcare and personalised advertising policies restrict how these services can be promoted and to whom, so reach has to be earned through structure and relevance rather than audience targeting.
Rebuilding From the Audit Up
The audit kept the keyword and performance intelligence and scrapped everything else. In its place: four Performance Max campaigns organised the way the clinic actually works, by location and treatment length. Kent and London each carry a short term treatments campaign for assessments (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, educational psychology and mental health among them) and a long term treatments campaign for ongoing care (counselling, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and paediatric consultations), with a dedicated asset group per service.
Postcode Precision Instead of Radius Guesswork
The old account targeted by radius and in one case by the entire world. The rebuilt account targets the specific postcode districts families actually travel from: more than 80 London postcode districts and the Kent districts around the clinic, reviewed and expanded as performance data comes in. Every impression is spent on a family who could realistically attend.
Advertising Health Services Responsibly
Promoting children’s health services sits inside tight boundaries. Google’s healthcare policy and its personalised advertising restrictions limit targeting and messaging for health related services, with recurring policy limitations for campaigns in this category. Priority Pixels builds inside those rules rather than around them: campaign structure and creative carry the relevance that audience targeting cannot, messaging centres on the services and the clinic rather than any personal health condition and policy restrictions are managed through a structured monthly review and appeals process.
Measuring Enquiries, Not Clicks on a Phone Number
When the account moved to its current management structure in spring 2026, the measurement was tightened too. The account had been counting every click on a phone number and email link as a conversion. From April 2026 only completed enquiry forms count. That is a harder number to grow and a far more honest one. Every conversion the account reports is a family that actually asked for help.
Results
More Than 400 Family Enquiries
Since September 2025 the rebuilt account has delivered more than 2.4 million impressions and 47,000 clicks, producing more than 400 enquiry forms from families across Kent and London. The account currently generates around 50 enquiry forms a month, measured on forms alone.
Sharper Every Month
The account keeps getting sharper as it matures. Since the spring 2026 refocus, click through rate has climbed every month, from 1.96% in April to 4.18% in July, as spend concentrates on the searches and audiences that produce enquiries.
For a clinic whose growth depends on a steady flow of families seeking assessments and ongoing care, the account does exactly what it was rebuilt to do: consistent, measurable enquiries, delivered within the strictest advertising rules in the industry.
