Since 1981, the team at Castles Estate Agents have successfully served the vibrant neighbourhoods spanning North and East London as well as Essex. With more than three decades of experience in professional estate agency services, the agency is a trusted leader in their local community and remains dedicated to assisting buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike with professional residential sales, lettings and management, surveying and property valuations.

Priority Pixels have been working with the team at Castles Estate Agents since late 2017 when they first approached us for a bit of pay-per-click advertising. Five years on and our relationship with Castles is still going strong. Just this week, we launched a brand-new website for the agency complete with plenty of refreshing copy, improved search engine optimisation and a modern, dynamic web design that is a lot more indicative of Castles’ position in the estate agency sector than its digital predecessor.

Our team already had prior experience with estate agency web design and digital marketing, so on commencing the project we knew all too well how important lead generation was for Castles. We made sure to include a range of touch points throughout the website, which has been designed with the agency’s stringent brand guidelines in mind including its distinctive maroon and white colour scheme. Overall, the new design aims to capture the Castles’ brand as well as engage with any visitors to the site.

Our content creation team also rewrote the copy for Castles’ entire website. This included thorough research into each one of the vibrant neighbourhoods the agency serves, including Crouch End, Edmonton and Hackney. After what seemed like 1000s of Google searches and plenty of advice from ex-Londoners in our own office, we were able to encapsulate the spirit of each community,
