As East London’s Barking Windows’ business moved forward, their website got left behind. Not only was it visually tired and outdated, it was struggling to reach new customers. They needed an updated website that would help them convert new leads to drive sales, as well as a complete brand revamp.
From their base in Plaistow in London’s East End, Barking Windows have specialised in the manufacture and installation of PVC-U and aluminium windows, doors, conservatories, and porches for over 10 years. Though their first website had been successful, it hadn’t seen updates for many years and was badly in need of a redesign and a back-end revamp.
A new website with a fresh, clean design turned out to be just the first part of the process. The company decided to take the opportunity and invest in a full company re-brand, across several different areas. This included all-new, fit for purpose corporate branding, colours and logos.
To bring the Barking Windows brand fully up to date, both online and offline, Priority Pixels were brought in to rebuild their web presence and create fresh corporate branding across these key areas:
- Lead generation website
Designed and built with telephone, email and contact forms accessible from every page to help encourage customers to call or email with their enquiry.
- Logo and branding
Creating a new logo that was easily identifiable and usable across different mediums, to include new corporate style and colour.
- Van livery
Designing all-new vehicle graphics to include new logo and branding, used to sign-wrap existing company vans.
Using WordPress, the new site design included a brand new layout and user experience. With the main objective being new lead generation to increase sales, it was vital that customers found it easy to get in touch and request a quote. Fixed headers and footers provided all the contact information running through the entire site, while Get A Quote contact forms were also added to every page.
The new site has been designed in such a way that if Barking Windows decides to run Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns in the future, they’ll be well placed to maximise their spend and convert as many clicks into sales as possible.
As part of the overall company re-brand, Priority Pixels were also briefed to design a new logo. Working closely with Barking Windows throughout the process, several designs were put forward, each containing the corporate colours and style, until the final logo was chosen.
To complete the re-branding, the last challenge was to create all-new vehicle graphics. Designing scalable artwork that includes the new branding, the final van liveries (sample shown opposite) provide an eye-catching and professional finish across the fleet of company vans.
